Bathroom luxury renovation in the Samariterkiez in Friedrichshain.
During the renovation of the attic apartment, special emphasis was placed on the complete renovation of the bathroom.
The architecture and design office Vasco Burnay was responsible for the planning and design.
During the renovation, special attention was paid to elegance and well-being.
The floor tiles are terrazzo stone tiles which were specially imported from Portugal.
The bathroom was designed very open and bright. In addition, a spacious shower landscape was planned on the left side of the bathroom, which is illuminated by indirect light! The shower is separated by a bronze colored safety glass, which seems to disappear in the floor as well as in the ceiling.
The faucet elements throughout the bathroom are polished bronze unique pieces.
On the right side, a vanity with under-mount sink has been installed, which has been implemented by the carpentry company : HU Design. The washbasin is finished with a stone top and a 3-piece mirror with brass elements.
To further increase the comfort factor, electric underfloor heating has been installed throughout the bathroom.

3 room apartment in the Soldiner Kiez in Wedding. The 3 room apartment in the Soldiner Kiez was once completely renovated. The electronics were completely renewed once. Each room was equipped with its own cable & network connection. The balcony is accessible after the renovation from 2 rooms by the additional installation of a balcony door. The hallway was extended by a guest toilet with round corner. The bathroom was fitted with high quality tiles, as well as a walk in shower with glass panel. Underfloor heating was installed in the newly remodeled kitchen , as well as in the bathroom. Overall, the apartment has received a very inviting and lively character, which was emphasized by the choice of colors in the rooms.
